I can do as much or as little staging as you would like, according to your budget, timeframe and willingness to do things on your own.

Consultation

If you are willing to do the staging work yourself, this is your best option. I will learn about your budget and timeframe, walk through your property, take photos and provide you with detailed recommendations and prioritized action steps to get the property ready to be shown. I will provide you with all the information needed in the consultation to stage the home yourself.

Staging Bid

If you prefer to not do the work yourself, we can give your property all the expertise and attention that it deserves to get ready to compete in a matter of days.
This is how it works… I will learn about your budget and timeframe, walk through your property and take photos. I will then provide you with a cost proposal describing the scope of work, a project plan and all the associated costs, including furniture rental for vacant properties.

Refresh Your Design

Need a fresh design change? This service is for the homeowners not looking to sell, but looking to create a certain feel or mood in their home or specific room. I work closely with the client to transform the space into the custom style they are looking for. We will use the furniture in the house and bring in other accessories to achieve the desired style the client is looking for.

Custom Acrylic Paintings (Just for you)

My acrylic paintings find inspiration in each client and their home. Paintings always add that personal touch that every home needs, in my opinion. I always have a special focal point in each room that I stage or design and paintings are always a favorite of mine. I don’t like to pick pictures for my walls to simply fill the space, I wait until the home and space speaks to me. This approach helps the home owners appreciate their special piece and enjoy for years to come.
